Grout Film includes a standard non-linear editor (NLE) timeline with traditional V1/A1 track editing β so editing works the way you'd expect from any video editor.
The tracks
- V1 β your video track, for clips and generated video.
- A1 β your audio track, for sound and voiceover.
Core editing actions
- Cutting β split a clip into separate pieces.
- Trimming β shorten or extend a clip's in and out points.
- Arranging β move clips along the timeline to set their order and timing.
How to edit
- Drag clips from the media bin onto the V1 track.
- Cut and trim to keep the parts you want.
- Arrange clips into the right order.
- Add audio or voiceover on the A1 track.
